The DEIB certificate aims to equip participants with knowledge and competencies to recognize inequities, honor multiple social identities, and help foster more just and inclusive personal, professional, and civic environments. Though not exhaustive, the program provides a foundation for continuing education and dialogue around society's complex challenges.

The program design consists of:

  • In-person and virtual seminars
  • Readings in DEIB theory and practice
  • Optional 1-day DEIB symposium
  • Small organization focused concluding project
  • Pathway for anyone who completes this and goes into the graduate program
  • DEIB professional certificate award

  • Standard public offering or private option allowing for customization for corporate partners to meet their organizational needs
  • Can be paired or intermixed with modules from our Leadership Academy noncredit program
