Off Campus Housing Application

Off Campus Policy

Applications are due Friday, February 4, 2022

Off Campus Eligibility Requirements:

  • 2.0 GPA or higher
  • Good conduct standing
  • Class of 2023 or Class of 2024
  • Not listed on a fraternity or sorority chapter house roster during the time that you are requesting off campus housing
  • Attendance at mandatory training session

Eligibility does not guarantee approval. Do not sign a lease or pay a deposit for off campus housing until you have received approval.

Applicants must attend one mandatory training session:

  • Tuesday, November 30 6:30pm Seegers Event Space
  • Friday, December 3 2:30pm Seegers 108-109
  • Wednesday, January 19 8pm Seegers 108-109
  • Monday, February 7 8pm Seegers 108-109

Individual Applications are step one of a two step application process.

MILE Eligibility Requirements

  • 2.0 GPA or higher
  • Good conduct standing
  • Class of 2023,  Class of 2024, Class 2025
  • Not listed on a fraternity or sorority chapter house roster during the time that you are requesting MILE housing

Meal Plan Changes

At this time, meal plan changes are closed. There will be an opportunity to change meal plans in the Spring semester. Once those dates are finalized, information will be posted here.

Students with a diagnosed medical condition which may significantly impact residential living may submit a Special Housing Request through the Office of Disability Services. Please see the Office of Disability Services website for all details including the policies, required applications, and deadlines.
