Event Registration Form
To be filled out if a chapter is hosting or co-hosting an event off campus or includes non-Muhlenberg College organizations. Forms must be submitted no less than 5 academic days prior to the event date.
Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement 2018 (MRABA)
To be read and signed by all potential new members during the Panhellenic Primary Recruitment process. This form must be signed to receive a bid from a sorority at Muhlenberg College. This agreement is binding until the next primary recruitment period. It is very important that potential new members understand this agreement before signing and submitting it. PLEASE NOTE: This form is reviewed and signed only during primary recruitment. It is posted here for reference only.
New Member Agreement
To be read and signed by a new member no later than 1 week following the acceptance of a bid. Signature on this form gives permission to release academic information to specific parties stated in the agreement. It also indicates an understanding that members must fulfill their financial obligation and that members may be required to live in the chapter house.
New Member Education Agreement
To be read and signed by a new member no later than 1 week following the acceptance of a bid. Signature on this form indicates that the new member has received and read a detailed schedule of the chapter's New Member Education program.
