Student Help Desk
The Student Help Desk is located in Ettinger 003. You can also reach the Student Help Desk by dialing DESK (x 3375) or by sending e-mail to [email protected]. The Student Help Desk is open seven days a week during the academic year. Refer to signs on the Student Help Desk door for exact hours.
Student Help Desk Lab Associates
The Help Desk is staffed by student Support Associates. These students are trained to help you with your questions about supported software. They will not be expected to answer questions about non-supported software (any programs not on the Muhlenberg network) or commercial on-line services (AOL, FastNet, etc).
