The OIT Help Desk located in Ettinger 002 with email address [email protected] provides technical support to the entire campus community. We are staffed with Service Desk Analysts and Student Help Desk Associates who are available to answer your questions and resolve your technical issues.

Office Hours:
Monday  - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

  • Visit the IT Support Portal (available in the OneLogin portal) to report an issue, submit a service request, check on My Items or search the knowledge base.
  • Call us at 484-664-3566 to speak with a Service Desk Analyst or Student Help Desk Associate. Note: After hours  - leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Need in person assistance? Contact us by email or phone to schedule an appointment (preferred) or come on down to Ettinger 002. 

To report a classroom or event space issue with the technology, press the black button (Technology Help Desk) on the podium for immediate assistance or call 484-664-3566 (select option 3 from the menu).
