The OIT Help Desk located in ONE location (Ettinger 002) with email address email@example.com providing technical support to the entire campus community. We are staffed with Client Support Specialists and Student Help Desk Associates who are available to answer your questions and resolve your technical issues.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Weekend and evening hours vary (based on student staff scheduling)
- Visit the IT Support Portal (available in the OneLogin portal) to report an issue, submit a service request, check on My Items or search the knowledge base.
- Call us at 484-664-3566 to speak with a Client Support Specialist or Student Help Desk Associate. Note: After hours - leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
