Jennifer Storm
Director of Equity and Title IX
Jennifer Storm brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and governmental relations to her role as director of equity and Title IX. She oversees training, enforcement and compliance on the College's Equal Opportunity Nondiscrimination Policy, mandatory reporting and facilitating any complaint processes around bias, discrimination, sexual harassment and interpersonal abuse on campus.
Prior to joining Muhlenberg College, Jennifer served over seven years as the victim advocate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from 2013-2021 under the leadership and appointments of both Governor’s Wolf and Corbett. She is the author of six critically acclaimed books on addiction, recovery and victimization.
