Earn Your Master's in Organizational Leadership in One Year 

Physicians who have completed the LVHN SELECT program (Scholarly Excellence. Leadership Experiences. Collaborative Training.) will receive up to 23 credits for prior learning when enrolling in the Muhlenberg Master's in Organizational Leadership. Through this partnership, SELECT graduates can earn their MOL degree by completing 6 courses in as little as one year.  This special program represents a value over $16,000 in tuition savings.
