1. Provide academic services, opportunities, and support for curriculum/curricular experiences in an effective, equitable, accessible, and timely manner in order to ensure that all students are able to succeed and thrive.
2. Continuously build our cultural awareness, skills, and capacity in order to create more equitable and inclusive academic experiences for students, faculty, and staff.
Integration and Inclusion
3. Integrate the work of academic affairs, including policies and practices, in order to provide more holistic experiences for students.
4. Collaborate with other student-facing college offices, such as student life, enrollment management, and the career center to co-create a cohesive student experience.

5. Support skill building and capacity management for students, faculty, and academic life staff as they balance their academic, professional, and personal lives.
