OML at Muhlenberg College promotes collaborative action for social justice through intentional equity based educational programming, community celebrations, skill building workshops and student-led initiatives. OML sponsored programs are often co-led by students and professional staff, guided by the principle of "students as colleagues." Students coordinate and work with their peers in internship opportunities, dialogues and talk-backs, workshop facilitation and leadership retreats.
