Jared is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, as well as TPI Certified and a Level 1 HPE Educator. A graduate of Penn State University, Jared is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Jared is the current S&C Coach for Baseball, Mens Basketball, Womens Lacrosse, Womens Soccer and Golf.
