“The Philadelphia Inquirer” Features Alum’s Theatre Company

Sarah Gordin ’21 founded and serves as artistic director for Philly Children’s Theatre, which produces shows for children with disabilities.

Sarah Gordin ’21, a theatre major, was interviewed by The Philadelphia Inquirer in February for an article about the company she founded, Philly Children’s Theatre

Gordin, who is also an early childhood movement arts specialist at Germantown Friends School, launched the company in November 2021 and serves as its artistic director. Abigail Sherman ’22, a music and theatre double major, is working on the company’s current show, Season’s Magical Adventures: A Sensory Play.
