Dr. Borick will be given the award at CUPRAP’s annual spring conference at the Hotel Hershey at noon on Thursday, March 17.  It will be presented at a luncheon, followed by 10 minutes of remarks by the professor.  Many distinguished persons have won the award before Dr. Borick, including former Governor Mark S. Schweiker and former U.S. Congressman William F. Goodling.

Borick received his Ph.D. from SUNY Binghamton.  Previously, he held positions with the Internal Revenue Service and Monroe County Pennsylvania Planning Commission.
