Withdrawing From a Course
Occasionally, a student encounters personal or work changes that prevent the completion of a course. Students must notify the School of Graduate Studies' office in writing to withdraw for a grade of “W” on their transcript.
Withdrawal deadlines are listed on the academic calendar for each session. Failure to officially withdraw from a course will result in a grade of “F” for that course.

Refund Schedule for Ten-Week Sessions:
100% - BEFORE the start of class
80% - during the FIRST week
60% - during the SECOND week
40% - during the THIRD week
20% - during the FOURTH week
0% - AFTER the FOURTH week
**Non-refundable fees: Registration, lab, technology and late fees.
