Muhlenberg College has some exciting news to share with you about the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education. We are engaging with regional employers to form partnerships that offer significant tuition discounts, personalized career advising services for employees coordinated with employers recruitment and retention strategies and customized development solutions. We understand that every organization has unique needs, so our affiliate program is geared to fit their specific goals.
One of our partners, St. Luke's University Health Network (SLUHN), is already seeing the benefits of our program. "Learning and career development go hand in hand, and partnering with Muhlenberg College allows St. Luke's employees to pursue career goals by continuing their education," says Andrea Reger, Career Development, SLUHN. "By opening the tuition discount program to all staff (full-time, part-time, and per diem) for both bachelor's and master's programs, we can connect our employees to professional development that supports diverse career interests."
"At Muhlenberg College, we're excited to create a pathway between leadership development and education within the communities we serve through our Corporate Affiliates program. Our dedicated faculty and subject matter experts work closely with employers to apply education and training solutions that positively impact their business," says AJ Lemheney, Vice President and Executive Director for Muhlenberg College Division of Graduate and Continuing Education, continues, "In addition, we understand the challenges that come with juggling family obligations and work, so we're committed to helping our corporate partners work with busy schedules and competing priorities. I'm proud of our progress and look forward to continued success in this program."
