How does the corporate affiliates program work?
Muhlenberg College corporate partners sign a non-binding agreement that allows our institution to offer scholarships to your employees. The scholarship is calculated based on a tuition discount.
Is there a cost associated with becoming a corporate affiliate?
There is no cost to becoming a partner with Muhlenberg College.
Is there a minimum number of employees to enroll to qualify for the scholarships?
No, to offer the most flexibility, we do not require a minimum number of employees.
How long does the corporate partnership last?
We are flexible but recommend a minimum of three years to allow sufficient time for your employees to become familiar with our available programs and consider when is the right time to enroll. Otherwise, our corporate partnership remains active indefinitely or until either party discontinues the program.
Do we have to have an exclusive relationship with Muhlenberg College?
No, that would not be in your organization's or workforce's best interests. We want to be a partner in developing your workforce. Our agreement simply means that if any of your employees enroll in a Muhlenberg College graduate or continuing education program, they will receive the benefits of this agreement.
Can the scholarship be retroactively awarded or combined with other programs Muhlenberg offers?
The corporate affiliates scholarship program is offered to students that enroll after the partnership agreement is signed and active. Any of your enrolled employees will become eligible from the date of signing. Muhlenberg College Division of Graduate and Continuing Education offers several partnership programs and scholarships. Discount programs and scholarships may be mutually exclusive. We will work with employers and employees to always take advantage of the best options available.
