Education
Vincent studied piano with Anthony di Bonaventura at Boston University and holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Composition, having studied with a host of resident and guest faculty.
Teaching Interests
As Staff Accompanist for the Music Department, Vincent accompanies student and faculty recitals and provides accompaniment for the vocal ensembles. He also teaches piano.
As a choral conductor, Vincent has directed Camerata Singers, Summer Harmony and the Muhlenberg Treble Choir. He also has a love of the Broadway Musical Theatre and has conducted over 40 area productions for Muhlenberg (both College and Summer Theatre), Pennsylvania Shakespeare Company, DeSales University and Civic Theatre. For Muhlenberg, he has provided new arrangements and orchestrations for productions of The Beggar’s Opera, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Pippin, and An American Tragedy, a new Charles Strouse musical that premiered here in 2010.
Vincent has extensive theatrical experience, the highlights of which include a European tour of My Fair Lady with Richard Chamberlain, arranging and accompanying Free Fall, a one-woman show starring Sandy Duncan, and contributing arrangements and accompaniment for a Noel Coward birthday celebration at Carnegie Hall. In 2012 Vincent made his conducting debut with the Pennsylvania Sinfonia Orchestra, offering a program of Broadway and Operetta.
