Teaching Interests
I teach innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational management because I'm driven by a fascination with the future of work, leadership dynamics, and the intricacies of human behavior. My mission is to inspire the next generation to adapt, grow, and thrive in a constantly evolving landscape, where creativity, curiosity, and adaptability are key.
Research, Scholarship or Creative/Artistic Interests
I'm fascinated and terrified by what many leaders call VUCA (exponential change) , which was the topic of my TEDx Talk. I've researched, studied, and written several books including "The Perfect Labor Storm," "Geeks, Geezers, and Googlization," and "Recruiting in the Age of Googlization." I'm authored hundreds of blog posts about the future of work, adaptability, and workforce trends.
