  • 1.75mm filament
  • PLA, ABS*, PET, HIPS*, HDPE, TPU (i.e., flexible filament), Polycarbonate, composite (Metal-, Carbon Fiber-, or Wood-Filled), and many more!
  • We stock PLA and PETG Filament (refer to policy on material use) 

Related Software: 

  • Tinkercad (easy 3D design software) 
  • Autodesk Fusion 360 (more complex 3D design software)
    • Both are free for students to use so you can design at home and print in the Makerspace
  • Simplify 3D (slicer software for printing objects)

  • Reservations required
  • Only approved filament may be used in the 3D printer
  • Makerspace community members may use a reasonable amount of stocked filament per semester. If you intent to make multiple prints, or large prints, please contact the Makerspace staff prior to printing.
