History majors/minors can elect a focus in the histories of colonialism and decolonization. This entirely optional approach allows students the opportunity to add depth and breadth to their understanding of the history of colonialism and decolonization in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America & the Caribbean, and the United States.
