Living Writers: Carolyn Forché
Moyer Hall, Miller Forum
7 p.m.
Join us as we welcome poet and author Carolyn Forché for our latest installment of the Living Writers series. Forché's groundbreaking anthology "Against Forgetting: Twentieth-Century Poetry of Witness" sought to close the gap between "personal" and "political" poetry. Her latest collection "In the Lateness of the World" was a Pulitzer Prize finalist. Forché will give a public reading and will be signing books during the event.
