Mondays at 1pm: Adjustment on/off Campus with Pracheta
Counseling Services will be offering students a chance to virtually meet and discuss the adjustment to college during a pandemic. College often entails many difficult transitions and can cause us to re-evaluate our beliefs about ourselves and the kinds of experiences we want in our lives. Coming to college during a pandemic certainly looks different too. Some students are home and others are on campus so college looks and feels different to all of us. Students will have a chance to talk about the types of changes they've gone through since coming to college, how they've coped with those changes, give students a chance to learn about helpful opportunities and resources available. If interested, email Prachetatrivedi@muhlenberg.edu to receive a link to join. (Starting August 31st)

Tuesdays at 3pm: ASK Aliya: Q&A on Relationships and Dating with Aliya
This weekly Q&A offers Muhlenberg students the opportunity to ask questions surrounding relationships/dating and have them answered in an anonymous fashion. Format: Each week Aliya will answer 5 student-submitted questions live on Instagram @muhlenbergwellness to help maintain anonymity and ensure all questions are answered. The live broadcast will be saved on the highlights so you can watch, rewatch and share. Please submit questions to aliyakenyatta@muhlenberg.edu with the ASK Aliya in the subject line.
