WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN
Work on the Workday Student implementation began in Summer 2019. Functions will "go-live" in phases, also known as milestones.

- Implement foundational academic structure to build academic programs, courses and calendars
- Introduce class registration and advising functionality that will replace Capstone as the system of record.
- Students will begin to have access to Workday Student to view class schedules, register for classes
- Faculty and academic services staff will begin to use Workday Student for advising functions

- Rollout of student financial-related activities
- All other features will go-live. This will include students’ access to viewing their grades, transcripts, and graduation tasks
