Student Government Association
Jen Freed, now a junior, is extremely excited to continue serving the students and community of Muhlenberg College as a Representative for the Class of 2015. After serving as Representative for the 2012 term, Jen is honored to have been reelected by her peers to serve a consecutive term for 2013. In addition to her leadership of Student Government, as representative, Jen is involved with two committees: Library Committee and Student Services Committee.
Aside from her involvement with Student Government, Jen is an English major and is pursuing her Secondary Education Certification. Jen is also a Writing Assistant, a Campus Delegate, a member of the Chamber Orchestra and the Education Society, and the Panhellenic Delegate for Phi Sigma Sigma. She is the Junior Class Representative for Cardinal Key Society, Executive Editor of the Muhlenberg Weekly, and on the Tour Guide Association’s Executive Board. Additionally, Jen is proud to be the Student Coordinator for America Reads. America Reads is a literacy program at Roosevelt Elementary School organized out of the Office of Community Engagement.
A graduate of Cheltenham High School, Jen resides in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania with her family, where she is the youngest of two. In her spare time, Jen enjoys reading and riding her bike. Her interests include writing, music, and camp.
