How Do I Schedule A Common Hour Event ?

1. Complete this form to submit a Common Hour program proposal

2. Reserve a room or space for your event in 25LIVE:

  • The Seegers Union office will email a confirmation of your reservation for a room in Seegers, Miller Forum in Moyer Hall, or the Hoffman House.
  • The Registrar's office will email a confirmation of your reservation for a classroom.

3. Reserve media equipment (if needed):

  • Contact Media Services to reserve lapel microphones or other media equipment

Once your event is confirmed, have your event entered into the campus calendar by filling out a request at https://www.muhlenberg.edu/calendar/submit.html  .  Be sure to choose the "Common Hour" category.
