A spectacular evening of ballet, contemporary dance, tap, and jazz, Master Choreographers showcases exciting new dance works choreographed by nationally and internationally acclaimed guest artists and faculty.
This season’s Master Choreographers concert will feature works by guest artists Orion Duckstein, founding member of Take Dance and former dancer with the Paul Taylor Dance Company; Cristina Perera, award-winning Brazilian dancer/choreographer; and Trinette Singleton, co-artistic director of Repertory Dance Company and longtime Joffrey Ballet dancer.
Also featured: works by faculty members Heidi Cruz-Austin, alumna of the Pennsylvania Ballet; Jeffrey Peterson, former dancer with Danny Buraczeski’s JazzDance; Armitage Gone! dancer Randall Anthony Smith; and Shelley Oliver, director of Shelley Oliver Tap Dancers.
