“After the winter season I found that I did not like how I felt or looked. I was very tired and lazy. I was talked into trying the "Spin" class and to my surprise I enjoyed it! I try to be a faithful participant on the lunchtime schedule. I shaved time off my run and now have started adding on a few extra steps each time I do the route. I fit into my clothes better and have more energy, strength and an overall feeling that I'm getting myself healthy. I am very thankful that Muhlenberg College has a wonderful wellness program during lunch to help the employees stay in shape!!"
