The College offers an incentive program to encourage employee home ownership and help offset closing costs for full-time employees who buy homes in the Allentown School District. The College may offer a maximum of five $1,500 stipends per year, subject to availability of discretionary funds. For consideration, the employee must: 1) work in a position budgeted for at least 1,560 hours per year; 2) not currently own a property in the Allentown School District; and 3) purchase a primary residence in the Allentown School District.
