Action Equals Opportunity

The world of work is changing at an unprecedented pace. From the moment a student steps on campus the Career Center assists them to explore major areas of interest and career paths, gain experience, connect with alumni/industry professionals, develop expertise through internships and other industry immersion programs, launch post graduation and excel in their careers.

By the end of the first semester all first-year students partner with a career coach to discuss a Muhlenberg Action Plan (MAP). These coaching sessions help students build knowledge around the world of work, identify their skills and gain the ability to articulate the power of their liberal arts education.

It is a guiding document for students to build knowledge around the world of work, confidence in their skills and the ability to articulate the power of their liberal arts education.

Our office is uniquely positioned to work with students at a one-on-one level throughout their time as students and as alumni. We invite you to explore our site and learn more about what sets us apart.
